Your online password is unique to your account and is designed to protect your account from unauthorized use. ATS will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise disclosed passwords. Accordingly, your password should be guarded and not provided to anyone. In order to make the experience more user friendly, it is necessary to track individual sessions when a user accesses our candidate processes. However, such information is used solely for the purpose of identifying an individual session, and consistency through the given application.
ATS reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law if ATS believes that disclosure is necessary to protect ATS’ rights, for fraud detection or prevention, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process. In the event ATS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or any other change in corporate control) of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information may be among the assets transferred.
Security. ATS uses state of the art technology and follows generally-accepted industry standard to protect your personal information, but due to the nature of internet transmission, ATS cannot guarantee absolute security. ATS does have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of data it hosts. When using an appropriate Internet browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provides both data encryption and authentication in order to help ensure data integrity. ATS also has measures in place such as redundant connectivity, 24 hour network monitoring, physical security and firewalls to further help prevent unauthorized access and continued accuracy of data collected and stored.
